- I was on a mission to be in the BEST shape of my life by my 50th birthday, July 2017! I made it! My goal was to wear a 2 piece swim suit with pride, but better than that was how I felt mentally! I felt better at 50 than I did in my 20s, 30s, and 40s! Now I want to inspire women to feel the same by making their health a priority in practicing daily self-care and a keto diet.
